Our Team
Chris Kennedy
Co-Founder & CEO
Before making a transition into short term rentals full time, Chris’s professional career involved various customer experience, strategic partnership, business development, and project management leadership positions within high-growth SaaS/technology and transportation organizations. He began investing in real estate in 2020, when he purchased a 3 family property in Boston with his long-time girlfriend Stephanie where they renovated the property, rented out two of the units, and lived for free in the 3rd unit. In 2022, they purchased and launched their 1st short term rental property in Clearwater, FL and he quickly became passionate about everything this industry has to offer. Since then, his focus has been on building out, optimizing, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business, creating the company vision and strategic plan, and growing their portfolio of properties which they own and manage. He excels at building relationships and partnerships with industry professionals, sales, developing efficient processes, managing large-scale projects, leading teams, home renovations, and providing unique and exceptional service to customers. He enjoys traveling, hiking, rugby, and rooting for all New England sports teams!

Stephanie Herrera
Co-Founder
Stephanie has worked in the investment management space since graduating from Babson College in 2018 and is also currently an Assistant Vice President of Business Development for an investment management firm that has over $1.4 trillion of assets under management. Stephanie first got into real estate when she bought her first multifamily investment property in 2020 but truly fell in love with the industry when she purchased her first short term rental property in 2022 with her long-time partner Chris. Stephanie excels at raising capital, developing meaningful and long-lasting relationships with new and current clients and is passionate about problem solving to help them achieve their goals. She loves meeting new people, dancing, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and the many different dogs in her life!

Our Story
Chris and Stephanie both grew up in beach towns with Chris spending his childhood on the shores of Cape Cod (MA), while Stephanie grew up spending summers in the Dominican Republic surrounded by the ocean. It has given them both a well-defined idea of what a luxury beach vacation experience should entail. They first met somewhat serendipitously while at the intersection of doing the 3 things they love to do most: traveling, improving homes, and engaging in community service. It was while they were both attending Babson College while helping to build houses for Habitat for Humanity in El Salvador. Fast forward 9 years and these 3 things are what they enjoy doing most together. They have traveled together to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, 4 continents, and over 30 countries. They currently live together in NYC but have built a great team and network of vendors in the markets they own and manage property. They still spend a lot of their time in those markets whether it’s to launch additional short term rentals, renovate properties, improve existing properties, or simply vacation there with their family and friends. We always love connecting with other hosts, co-hosts, vacation rental owners, real estate investors, entrepreneurs, or anyone else at all who might have the slightest interest in learning more about the short term rental industry!
